Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our pool cleaning services.
Agreement to Terms
By using the services provided by SparkPoint Princeton Pool Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Services Provided
SparkPoint Princeton Pool Services offers a range of professional pool care services including weekly maintenance, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and inspection services. All services are performed by trained and certified technicians who follow industry best practices and safety standards.
We strive to provide high-quality service on every visit. However, the condition of your pool depends on many factors including weather, usage, and the initial state of the pool when we begin service. We will work with you to establish realistic expectations and keep you informed about the progress of our work.
Scheduling and Cancellations
When you schedule a service with us, we reserve time in our calendar specifically for your pool. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For weekly service contracts, we ask that you provide at least one week notice if you need to pause or discontinue service.
We understand that emergencies happen and life gets busy. If you have an urgent situation that prevents us from accessing your property, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For weekly service contracts, we offer monthly billing with payment due within 15 days of invoice date. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is less.
If additional work or materials are needed beyond the scope of your original service agreement, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. You will receive a detailed invoice showing all services performed and materials used.
Access to Property
By hiring our services, you grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of performing pool maintenance and repairs. You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe and clear access to your pool area, including unlocking gates or providing gate codes as needed. If we are unable to access your pool due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstacles, we may need to reschedule the service and a trip charge may apply.
We will treat your property with respect and take care to minimize any disruption. Our technicians are trained to work efficiently and clean up after themselves. If you have any special instructions or concerns about access to your property, please let us know in advance.
Liability and Insurance
SparkPoint Princeton Pool Services is fully licensed and insured for your protection. We carry general liability insurance to cover any accidental damage to your property that may occur during the course of our work. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, equipment failures due to age or wear, or problems caused by improper installation or maintenance by others.
If you believe we have caused damage to your property, please notify us immediately so we can assess the situation and work toward a resolution. We take all claims seriously and will investigate promptly.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to our workmanship and does not cover equipment failures, chemical imbalances caused by external factors, or issues related to weather or pool usage.
For equipment repairs, we offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. If a repaired item fails within 30 days due to a defect in our work, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on new equipment apply as specified by the manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkPoint Princeton Pool Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, supply shortages, or other force majeure events.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate a weekly service contract with 30 days written notice. One-time services are considered complete once the work is finished and paid for. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a service agreement if payment is not received, if we are unable to access your property, or if there are safety concerns for our technicians.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
